Who we are?

We are a non-profit organization – striving to keep Bengali culture and traditions alive in the Greater Hartford region
of Connecticut. Bengali culture, unique to the eastern part of the Indian Subcontinent, is steeped in hundreds of years of history,
evolving through the ages with influences from across the south east asia region and finding expression in both arts,
literature and cuisine. Bengalis are famed over the Indian sub-continent for their desserts, arts and Durga Puja.

We have been operating in the Greater Hartford region for over 38 years now.
